IBS Project Manager

Our exposure to highly complex projects from conception to completion, spreading across multiple technologies, have allowed us to gain invaluable knowledge and wisdom that enables us to provide our customers with first class service. **Job description** **SKILLS** * Sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation \& persuasion skills * Self\-management \& self\-motivated creative and skilled in investigation \& problem solving * Work independently or as a team member, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels * Strong customer orientation \& ability to maximize the client's base \& developing the current Business * Possess good customer service and public relations skills * Goal oriented, hardworking, regularly seeks challenges **Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IBS and Telecom projects from initiation through completion. * Lead project activities related to In\-Building Solutions (IBS), telecom infrastructure, wireless networks, and related ICT/telecommunication systems. * Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed according to agreed requirements. * Lead and supervise project teams, site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. * Conduct regular site visits and monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and implementation activities. * Ensure that all project works comply with approved designs, technical specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards. * Review project documentation, method statements, drawings, material submittals, and technical reports. * Identify project risks, technical issues, delays, and potential challenges, and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Manage project variations, change requests, and additional works while ensuring proper documentation and client approvals. * Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources. * Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, including project status, achievements, risks, issues, and upcoming activities. * Ensure proper testing, commissioning, handover, and close\-out of projects, including all required documentation. * Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project\-related matters. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, quality standards, and project procedures. * Support business development activities by providing technical and project\-related input for new opportunities and tenders. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in networks or any related field . * 5 years minimum experience.
