The Investment Banking & Capital Markets division is looking to add an Analyst in the IB Coverage team to their platform. You can expect: • Life Insurance • Accidental Death Insurance • Permanent Partial Disability Insurance • Private Medical Insurance for you, your spouse and dependent children • Flexible working arrangements • 30 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working Arrangement • DB contributions to DIFC Employee Workplace Savings (DEWS) Your key responsibilities • Supporting wider teams in the Coverage effort of key MENA accounts • Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients. • Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling • In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers. • You will be expected to utilize regional knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Sector and Product bankers on opportunities. • You will also be responsible for helping to develop and mentor the juniors in the team.
