**We are urgently hiring an experienced Indian Cook for a restaurant in Qatar.** Responsibilities * Prepare a variety of **Indian dishes** according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Prepare Indian breakfast, snacks, curries, rice dishes, breads and other menu items. * Ensure consistent **taste, quality, presentation and portion size**. * Prepare food efficiently during busy restaurant hours. * Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. * Properly store and handle ingredients and minimize food waste. * Keep the cooking area, utensils and equipment clean and organized. * Work closely with the kitchen team and assist with other food preparation when required.
