Hydraulic Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced **Hydraulic Engineer** with a strong background in **Operation and Maintenance (O\&M)** and **Project Management Consultancy (PMC)** projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient performance, inspection, and optimization of hydraulic systems across infrastructure and utility\-related assets. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and control systems. * Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reliability. * Provide technical support in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and failure analysis. * Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Prepare technical reports, O\&M manuals, and performance evaluations. * Coordinate with PMC teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless project execution. * Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications. * Participate in planning, budgeting, and scheduling for O\&M activities. * Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Hydraulic Engineering (or a related field). * Minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or water/wastewater sectors. * Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and maintenance best practices. * Familiar with international codes and standards (e.g., AWWA, ASME, ISO). * Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. * Proficiency in engineering software/tools related to hydraulic analysis and asset management.
