HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are looking for an experienced **HVAC Technician** to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in HVAC maintenance and be able to respond effectively to breakdowns and technical issues. Key Responsibilities * Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air\-conditioning systems. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical faults. * Service and repair split, package, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, and other HVAC systems. * Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, fans, filters, thermostats, and controls. * Identify system faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently. * Perform routine inspections to ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. * Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards. * Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime. Requirements * Minimum **3 years of relevant HVAC experience**, preferably in the Gulf. * Strong experience in **HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting**. * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems. * Ability to read basic electrical and HVAC drawings. * Relevant technical qualification or certification is preferred. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills. * **Immediate joiners preferred.** Preferred Skills * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Fault finding and troubleshooting * Refrigeration systems * VRF/VRV systems * AHU and FCU maintenance * HVAC electrical controls * Compressor and motor maintenance * Health \& safety compliance Work Location: In person
