HVAC Technician

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **HVAC Technician** to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC and air\-conditioning systems. **Who Can Apply** * Candidates currently residing in the UAE, preferably Dubai. * Minimum **3 years of hands\-on HVAC experience**. * UAE/GCC experience is preferred. * Experience in building maintenance, property management, or facility management is an advantage. * Candidates who can work independently and respond to emergency maintenance requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and air\-conditioning equipment. * Inspect equipment and identify potential faults or maintenance requirements. * Perform cleaning, servicing, adjustment, repair, and replacement of HVAC components. * Troubleshoot compressors, motors, fans, filters, coils, thermostats, control panels, pumps, valves, and related components. * Maintain daily maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records. * Record breakdowns, repairs, spare parts used, and other maintenance activities. * Coordinate with supervisors, property management, and customers regarding maintenance requirements. * Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned jobs within the required timeframe. * Comply with company procedures, safety requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable HVAC standards. * Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. **HVAC Systems – Required Knowledge** Hands\-on experience with one or more of the following systems is required: * AHU – Air Handling Units * FCU – Fan Coil Units * FAHU – Fresh Air Handling Units * DX Units * Package Units * Split Units * Ductable Units * Chillers and chilled\-water systems * HVAC pumps, motors, fans, valves, and control systems **Requirements \& Skills** * Minimum **3\+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician**. * Good knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems. * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical faults. * Knowledge of air and water balancing is an advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and at different locations. * Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Interested candidates can directly call to **Mobile no. \** **What We Offer** * Competitive **salary based on experience** and qualifications. * **Company\-provided accommodation in our staff camp.** * **Company\-provided transportation between company camps/work locations.** * Stable working environment in Dubai. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Supportive and professional workplace.
