HVAC Technician – AC Maintenance & Troubleshooting

**Job Title: HVAC Technician – AC Maintenance \& Troubleshooting** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **HVAC Technician** with strong hands\-on expertise in air\-conditioning maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and component replacement. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working on Package AC, Split AC, Window AC, AHU, and FCU systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various air\-conditioning systems. * Replace compressors in Package AC, Split AC, and Window AC units. * Detect and rectify refrigerant leaks and carry out brazing work. * Replace Package AC blower motors, condenser motors, and bearings. * Carry out blower motor alignment and ensure proper operation. * Troubleshoot AC control wiring and electrical circuits. * Replace faulty contactors, relays, and related electrical components. * Diagnose and rectify faults in Package AC systems. * Troubleshoot and repair Split AC and Window AC units. * Carry out AHU/FCU cooling coil leakage rectification and brazing. * Replace AHU/FCU blower motors and bearings. * Perform AHU/FCU blower motor alignment. * Replace and troubleshoot AHU/FCU cooling valves. * Carry out AHU/FCU control wiring and electrical troubleshooting. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as required. * Ensure all work is completed safely and according to maintenance procedures. **Requirements** * ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field. * **3–5 years of hands\-on HVAC maintenance experience.** * Strong practical knowledge of Package AC, Split AC, Window AC, AHU, and FCU systems. * Experience in compressor replacement, refrigerant leak rectification, brazing, motor replacement, and bearing replacement. * Good knowledge of AC electrical control wiring, contactors, relays, and troubleshooting. * Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. * Good knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures. * Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
