HVAC Supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **HVAC Supervisor** to oversee HVAC maintenance activities, supervise technicians, coordinate daily work, and ensure all HVAC systems are maintained efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC maintenance activities and technicians. * Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Monitor the performance and quality of HVAC maintenance and repair works. * Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of HVAC systems and equipment. * Supervise maintenance of **VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, split AC, package units, chillers**, and related systems. * Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time. * Inspect completed work and ensure proper quality and safety standards are followed. * Coordinate with clients, facility management, and other departments regarding HVAC\-related issues. * Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely response and resolution. * Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and equipment condition. * Identify required spare parts, tools, and materials and coordinate with the relevant department. * Ensure technicians follow company procedures, safety requirements, and manufacturer recommendations. * Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and provide updates to management. * Train and guide HVAC technicians to improve work quality and efficiency. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of HVAC experience**, preferably with **Gulf experience**. * Previous experience as an **HVAC Supervisor, Senior HVAC Technician, or similar role**. * Strong hands\-on experience in **HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting**. * Good knowledge of **VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, split/package AC systems, and chillers**. * Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and basic electrical troubleshooting. * Ability to read HVAC layouts, equipment manuals, and basic technical drawings. * Good team leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and respond to breakdowns. * Relevant technical qualification/certification is preferred. * **Immediate joiners preferred.** Work Location: In person
