HVAC Sales Engineer – Project Sales

**Role \& Responsibilities:** We are seeking experienced and dynamic AC\-HVAC Sales Professionals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in **HVAC and Air Conditioning project sales, particularly in Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems.** * Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, and associated MEP products for Projects. * Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities. * Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients. * Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements. * Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long\-term business growth. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities. **Desired candidate profile** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Engineering / Building Services Engineering**. (HVAC certifications are an added advantage) * Minimum 2\+ years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales. * Strong experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems. * Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for AC Equipment’s / MEP installations * Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes * Proven track record in business development, project sales, and customer relationship management. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and drive sales growth. **Driving License:** KSA Valid driving license is required Application Question(s): * What is your current visa status \& Notice period? * What is your current salary \& benefits?
