**Company:** Loloah Alshaya General Trading \& Contracting Company **Department:** MEP / HVAC Division **Reporting To:** HVAC Engineer / Project Engineer **Position Overview:** Loloah Alshaya General Trading \& Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and dependable **HVAC Foreman** with **5–6 years of experience** in supervising and executing HVAC works across construction and MEP projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing manpower and coordinating site activities. Candidates who are **ready to join immediately** will be given preference. Additionally, applicants should preferably be bilingual (Arabic \& English) and have a **current Civil ID and Work Permit with an HVAC\-related job title**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment. * Review and interpret HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. * Coordinate daily site activities and allocate manpower effectively. * Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor material usage and coordinate with procurement and engineering teams. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning activities. * Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to avoid clashes and delays. * Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management. * Train and supervise HVAC technicians, helpers, and junior foremen. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC or a related field is preferred. * Minimum **5–6 years of experience** as an HVAC Foreman in construction or MEP projects. * Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, ducting systems, chilled water systems, and mechanical equipment. * Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Bilingual (Arabic \& English) is highly preferred. * Must possess a valid Kuwait residency (Article 18\). * Current **Civil ID and Work Permit must reflect an HVAC\-related job title**. * Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage. * **Must be available to join immediately.** **Top 5 Essential Skills:** * HVAC Systems Expertise – Strong understanding of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning. * Site Leadership – Ability to manage manpower and supervise site activities efficiently. * Drawing Interpretation – Reading and implementing HVAC shop drawings accurately. * Coordination Skills – Working effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. * Quality \& Safety Compliance – Ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and safety standards. **Job Category:** Engineering \& Construction **Job Sub\-Category:** HVAC / MEP Foreman **Interview Process:** All applicants will go through the following three\-stage interview process: * **HR Round** – Review of qualifications, Civil ID, work permit, and immediate availability. * **Technical Round** – Assessment of HVAC knowledge, drawing interpretation, and site execution experience. * **Managerial Round** – Final evaluation of leadership capabilities, communication skills, and ability to independently manage HVAC activities on site.
