HVAC Field Support Technician

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Promote and sell HVAC products and equipment by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable systems for residential, commercial, or project requirements. Provide professional support to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries and product selection through order completion and follow\-up. Coordinate and monitor activities at project sites to ensure assigned work progresses smoothly and according to planned schedules. Prepare bills of quantities, project cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals based on technical requirements and project specifications. Assist with project planning and coordination while applying basic knowledge of HVAC system design, equipment selection, and installation requirements. Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates, address concerns, and build long\-term business relationships. Work closely with sales, technical, procurement, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure orders, deliveries, and project activities are completed on schedule. Handle customer concerns and provide timely follow\-up support to ensure issues are resolved and a positive service experience is maintained. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Technical education or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related engineering or technical discipline. Practical knowledge or previous experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems will be considered an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to understand and respond to client requirements effectively. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for preparing quotations, estimates, reports, and other documents. Well\-organized, adaptable, and self\-motivated approach with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team. Ability to manage multiple project and sales responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and complete assigned work within required deadlines.
