HVAC Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Draftsman with experience in UAE MEP construction projects to prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, UAE authority requirements, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects is preferred • Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, layout drawings, and installation drawings. • Develop ducting layouts, chilled water piping, ventilation, exhaust, fresh air, and smoke extraction system drawings. • Prepare HVAC coordination drawings with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV services. • Review IFC drawings and prepare shop drawings as per project specifications. • Update drawings based on consultant comments, RFIs, and site modifications. • Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion. • Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Site Engineers, and Project Managers. • Ensure drawings comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and project standards. • Perform clash detection using Navisworks (preferred) and support BIM coordination. • Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and submission records. • Assist the site team with technical drawing clarifications and material take-offs (MTO) when required
