HVAC Aftermarket Sales & Service Engineer

Drive aftermarket sales and operations, including AMC, replacement/retrofit, and pre\-sale technical support. Meet AOP targets across gross profit, EBIT, cash flow, and backlog growth while improving margins and controlling costs and collections. **Key Accountabilities** * Analyze and present service scopes and cost estimates; support opportunity prioritization and qualification. * Provide system application support and development for owners. * Align application and estimates with sales and operations before customer presentation. * Define scope and systems direction for vendors, suppliers, and M/E subcontractors; manage terms, bid forms, and contracts. * Maintain supplier relationships for preferred pricing; assess cost/savings impact and customer baselines. * Consult with sales and operations on risk; liaise between Service and Engineering on product strengths and weaknesses. **Requirements** * Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering * Demonstrated analytical skills * 5 years' sales/operations/service experience; aftermarket or service sales background preferred Pay: BD450\.000 \- BD650\.000 per month Work Location: In person
