Human Resources Specialist

**Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality/hotels industry.** * Strong experience managing both **employment processes/relations and contracts.** * Solid understanding of **UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations**. * Experience with **payroll processing and WPS.** * Hands\-on experience with HRIS systems. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. * High level of confidentiality and professionalism. * Fluency in English **Who are we?** Established in 2011, Fundamental Hospitality is a UAE born company that unifies the regions leading lifestyle concepts.
