Job description
Requirements Minimum 5 years of training experience
Bacheloru2019s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA , Highfield etc)
Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to engage diverse audiences (blue-collar to senior management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Preferred
Experience working with training/consulting firms
Ability to develop new course offerings independently
Exposure to multiple industries (construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
