HSE Officer

* **Site Inspections \& Audits:** Perform daily and weekly HSE walkdowns, inspect equipment or machinery, and enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance. * **Permit\-to\-Work (PTW):** Monitor and audit high\-risk work permits, including hot work, confined space entry, and work at heights. * **Training \& Communication:** Lead safety inductions for new workers, conduct toolbox talks, and organize safety awareness campaigns. * **Incident Investigation:** Report and investigate near\-misses, injuries, or property damage, executing root\-cause analyses and corrective action plans. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Align site procedures with local Omani occupational health regulations and client mandates * **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field. * **Certifications:** NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) as a mandatory baseline, alongside OSHA, IOSH, or local Omani safety credentials. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of relevant field experience, preferably within GCC construction, Engineering, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
