Job Description 1: HSE Safety Officer **Company:** Levrad Contracting **Position:** HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment) Officer **Job Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role:** Levrad Contracting is seeking an experienced HSE Safety Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, local regulations, and international HSE standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations * Develop, implement, and monitor site\-specific safety plans and procedures * Investigate incidents, near\-misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions * Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions to site personnel and subcontractors * Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and statistics for reporting purposes * Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols on site * Liaise with project management, clients, and regulatory bodies on HSE matters * Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills * Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Science, or related field * NEBOSH certification (IGC or equivalent) required; additional certifications (IOSH, OSHA) are a plus * Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in the construction/contracting industry * Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards * Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills * Ability to work on\-site and manage multiple ongoing projects * Valid driving license (preferred) **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply via **** or contact ****.
