About the Role To ensure compliance with **QCS 2014**, applicable **HSE regulations**, and project\-specific safety requirements while promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment. Key Responsibilities * Conduct daily HSE inspections and site audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and HSE regulations. * Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe working practices across all work activities. * Review, verify, and monitor Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) requirements. * Assess and review Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MS) to ensure suitability and compliance. * Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness training sessions. * Investigate incidents, accidents, hazardous occurrences, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain accurate HSE records and documentation. * Participate in and coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities. * Monitor environmental compliance and implement environmental protection measures. * Liaise and coordinate with the Client, consultants, and subcontractors on all HSE\-related matters. * Support internal and external HSE audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. * Exercise Stop Work Authority whenever unsafe acts or unsafe conditions are identified. What do we need from you * Sound knowledge of **QCS 2014**, applicable HSE regulations, and safety management systems. * **NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)** is mandatory. * Minimum **4 years of HSE experience in the GCC region**. * Knowledge of **ISO 45001 Occupational Health \& Safety Management Systems**. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and report\-writing skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and incident investigation skills. * Commitment to promoting a positive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
