HSE Manager

Responsible for managing and implementing all HSE activities for the Desalination/RO Plant construction project, ensuring compliance with client, main contractor, company, and Qatar HSE requirements. Lead the site HSE team, conduct risk assessments and inspections, monitor PTW and SIMOPS activities, investigate incidents, and ensure safe execution of all construction activities. Requirements. 1\)Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with NEBOSH Level 6 or NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health \& Safety. NEBOSH certificate must be obtained at least 5 years ago. 2\)Minimum 15 years of SHES GCC experience in Oil \& Gas and construction experience. 3\)Must have knowledge of PTW, SIMOPS, HIRA/JSA, incident investigation, ISO 45001, and client HSE requirements.
