HSE ENGINEER

* Act as the primary HSE focal point for project sites, management, and clients. * Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan in line with contractual and company requirements. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies, legal regulations, and client\-specific safety requirements. * Advise and support Project Managers and Site Management on all HSE matters throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and workplace assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance. * Monitor project HSE performance and prepare periodic reports, KPIs, and management updates. * Lead incident, accident, and near\-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze HSE trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project safety performance. * Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and safety training to employees and contractors. * Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement effective control measures. * Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards and contractual obligations. * Promote HSE best practices and foster a strong safety culture across project teams. * Maintain all HSE documentation, records, permits, and statutory reports. * Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on HSE\-related matters. * Ensure implementation and compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems where applicable. * Monitor environmental performance and ensure proper waste management and pollution prevention practices. * Support project execution during site preparation, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. * Utilize digital HSE management systems for reporting, inspections, and documentation. * Exercise Stop Work Authority whenever unsafe conditions or unsafe acts pose a risk to personnel, assets, or the environment. * Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement across future projects. * Support the implementation of HSE improvement programs across projects and local business units. * Ensure compliance with Linxon's Code of Conduct, business ethics, and regulatory requirements. * Travel to project sites as required to provide HSE support and oversight.
