HR Specialist

* **Key Responsibilities:** * **Onboarding:** Facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a welcoming and structured first impression. * **Offboarding \& Exit Management:** Manage the employee offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, coordinate with relevant departments for final settlements, and ensure the smooth return of company assets. * **Government Portals Management:** Manage and update employee records on official government portals (e.g., Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad) ensuring full compliance with local labor laws. * **HR Reporting \& Data Analysis:** Prepare accurate HR reports, manage detailed candidate data in Excel, and design professional data visualization layouts to assist the CEO and executive management in strategic decision\-making. * **Performance Management:** Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the company’s performance appraisal systems. * **Employee Engagement:** Plan and execute employee engagement programs and internal events to foster a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated workplace culture. * **Employee Relations \& Policies:** Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, provide guidance on company policies, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. * **HR Administration:** Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date employee records, manage attendance, and assist with payroll preparation. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * In\-depth understanding of the Saudi Labor Law and local employment regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office Pay: ﷼6,000\.00 \- ﷼7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
