* Maintaining complete and confidential employee files. * Managing recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding. * Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and job descriptions. * Managing attendance, leave, and employee records. * Coordinating payroll information with Accounts. * Monitoring probation periods and performance evaluations. * Preparing and implementing HR policies and procedures. * Managing workplace investigations and grievance procedures. * Maintaining proper disciplinary records. * Ensuring that employees receive a fair opportunity to answer allegations. * Monitoring compliance with Bahrain employment procedures. * Coordinating LMRA and SIO matters. * Managing resignations, terminations, clearances, and employee documentation. * Maintaining the approved organizational and reporting structure. * Supporting department heads with employee\-related concerns. * Providing management with regular HR and recruitment reports. * Maintaining strict confidentiality in all employee matters. The candidate must have practical Bahrain HR experience, strong documentation skills, knowledge of local employment procedures, and the confidence to apply Company policies fairly and consistently.
