HR Operations Officer (Arabic)

Vistas GlobalHR·Doha, Qatar·Full\-time·Ref: RRF\-VG\-BSO\-2026\-1041 **About the role** ------------------ We are seeking a detail\-oriented HR Operations Officer to manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, and deliver high\-quality HR support within a structured and regulated environment. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in HR operations (banking or financial services preferred) * Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory * Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices * Experience working with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar HRIS) * Previous experience in Islamic banking is an advantage **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong experience managing end\-to\-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) * High attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance focus * Ability to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee records accurately * Strong coordination with government entities for visa, QID, and labor processes * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism * Strong stakeholder management and employee support capability
