Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day\-to\-day HR operations and provide support to employees and management.
* Coordinate the full recruitment process, including preparing job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating offers.
* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Prepare and maintain attendance, leave, and employee\-related records.
* Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee information.
* Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR\-related matters.
* Support performance management, employee evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and consistently implemented.
* Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
* Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and other management reports as required.
* Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement activities.
* Assist management in resolving employee relations and workplace issues professionally and fairly.
* Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
* Perform other HR\-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* **2–5 years of relevant HR experience.**
* Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
* Strong understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
* Good problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience with HR software or HR management systems is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Professional, approachable, and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast\-paced or multicultural environment.
* Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
Pay: KD450\.000 \- KD550\.000 per month
Work Location: In person
