Career Opportunity HR Officer / HR Specialist Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait Salary: KWD 450 per month Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week \| one Day Off We are looking for a qualified and motivated HR professional to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, personnel administration, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities : \- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding process. Handle employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. Manage employee relations and provide HR support to employees. Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Handle government\-related HR transactions and requirements. Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR procedures. Key Requirements : \- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant HR experience. Good knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and personnel procedures. Hands\-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration. Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills. Good command of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
