We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail\-oriented **HR Officer** to join our HR team and help drive operational excellence across our growing organization. Key Accountabilities \& Responsibilities**1\. Talent Acquisition \& Lifecycle Management** · Coordinate end\-to\-end recruitment: draft postings, publish openings across platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. · Prepare formal job offers, employment contracts, and regulatory documentation. · Design and facilitate structured orientation programs to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience. · Manage end\-to\-end off boarding, including clearance checklists, final settlement reviews, exit interviews, and exit trend analysis. **2\. HR Operations, HRIS \& Records Management** · Maintain and audit physical and digital employee files to ensure compliance and data privacy. · Manage the HRIS/HRMS platform, ensuring real\-time updating of personal data, job changes, and contracts. · Fulfill various HR requests and enquiries · Maintain organizational charts and employee directories across all branches/departments. · Track probation period completion dates, contract renewals, and document expiration dates (IDs, visas). **3\. Attendance, Leave \& Payroll Support** · Administer leave requests (annual, sick, maternity, unpaid) in alignment with company policies and labor laws. · Ensure that all branches and rosters are up to date. · Reconcile daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and timekeeping records for monthly payroll submission. · Assist payroll by validating deductions, allowances, statutory adjustments, and final settlements. **4\. Government Relations, Compliance \& Audit Readiness** · Process local employment registrations, subsidy claims, and reporting via **Tamkeen** and related platforms. · Ensure strict adherence to local Labour Laws, Ministry directives, and internal SOPs (e.g., SOP HTP\-HR\-006\). · Prepare documentation for internal/external HR audits and regulatory inspections. · Handle administrative workflows with government entities and labor portals. **5\. Performance Management \& Talent Development** · Support appraisal process by tracking submission timelines and forms. · Assist managers in drafting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual improvement plans. · Draft Job description for new roles. Update existing ones in liaison with the HR \& OD Manager **6\. Employee Relations, Engagement \& Wellness** · Act as a reliable first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. · Assist in resolving minor employee grievances and promote a positive work environment. · Plan and organize employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. * **Experience:** 3\-4 years of practical experience in HR administration. CIPD qualification is highly desirable * **Knowledge:** Good working knowledge of local Labour Laws, Tamkeen procedures, and HRIS systems. * **Skills:** Strong communication, organizational skills, problem\-solving mindset, and dedication to team collaboration.
