HR Officer - Healthcare

Premium Solutions is hiring for a client in Qatar. A leading Medical Center in Qatar is seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in healthcare licensing and human resources. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing MOPH licensing for doctors while handling core HR functions. Job Posting Date: 05/07/2026 Key Responsibilities: • Process and follow up on MOPH licensing applications for doctors. • Coordinate with MOPH and regulatory authorities. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance. • Support day-to-day HR operations. • Bachelor s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare consultancy. • Proven experience handling MOPH licensing for doctors. • Strong knowledge of Qatar healthcare regulations. • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
