Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **HR Officer** to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
* Prepare and manage weekly, and monthly schedules for doctors and staff**.**
* Coordinate doctor shifts, working hours, leave, days off, and coverage requirements.
* Assist with recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
* Support employee relations and respond to HR\-related queries professionally.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
* Support compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Provide HR support to both Arabic\- and English\-speaking employees.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
* 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a clinic, hospital, healthcare, or medical environment.
* Experience in doctor and staff scheduling is highly preferred.
* Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple schedules and changing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
