We’re Hiring \| HR \& Administration Manager Five M Waste Collection Management is looking for an experienced HR \& Administration Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities: **Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.** Manage employee relations and performance management. **Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.** Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. **Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.** Manage administration, staff accommodation, uniforms, and office operations. **Drive employee engagement, training, and organizational development.** Requirements:✅ Minimum 7 years of UAE HR experience.✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.✅ Experience managing blue\-collar and white\-collar workforces.✅ Background in waste management, logistics, transportation, construction, industrial, or oil \& gas sectors is highly preferred.✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
