HR Manager ( F&B )

**Job Overview** We are representing a leading organisation in the Food \& Beverage sector, seeking a highly skilled and strategic **HR Manager ( F\&B )** to join their team. This is a **full\-time** position based in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the F\&B industry, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, for all levels of the F\&B business. * Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. * Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. * Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law. * Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and equitable. * Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes for staff development, particularly in areas of customer service, food safety, and operational excellence. * Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. * Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. **Qualifications** * Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive. * Demonstrable experience within the Food \& Beverage or hospitality industry is essential. * In\-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices. * People\-oriented and results\-driven, with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable. * Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage. * Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
