Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Good understanding of HR compliance and UAE employment practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
