HR Manager – Job Description The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources activities across Beauty Room Salon \& Spa and ensuring the company has the right people, policies and standards in place. Key Responsibilities * Manage recruitment, interviews, hiring and onboarding of new employees. * Maintain employee files, contracts, visas and HR documentation. * Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave, lateness and staff records. * Manage probation periods, performance reviews and employee evaluations. * Handle disciplinary matters, warnings, grievances and employee concerns. * Coordinate with managers regarding staff performance and development. * Support training, career development and succession planning. * Manage resignations, terminations, clearances and exit procedures. * Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently across all branches. * Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. * Support manpower planning and recruitment requirements for each branch. * Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment, turnover, attendance, performance and staffing issues. * Promote a professional, respectful and positive working environment. **Main Objective:** To build and maintain a strong, professional and accountable team while ensuring Beauty Room’s HR operations are organized, compliant and aligned with the needs of the business.
