HR Manager

**Location:** KSA **Department:** HR \& Recruiting **Details:** The role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government requirements, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, and overseeing office administration. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 5\+ years of HR management experience in Saudi Arabia. * Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.). * Experience managing HR operations, employee relations, and administration functions. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Functions * Manage all labor and government\-related processes, including GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, visas, work permits, Saudization, and regulatory compliance. * Support and coordinate recruitment activities, including talent acquisition and onboarding. * Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding. * Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. * Supervise office administration and facility management activities. * Lead and develop the HR Administration and Administrative teams. * Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee documentation. * Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management in Saudi Arabia.
