HR Lead

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation while ensuring an exceptional employee experience and compliance with UAE labour regulations. This is a full-time position based in the UAE. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR Operations and Employee Relations • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, and HRIS platforms • Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and HR policy implementation • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management • Capable of leading employee relations cases, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidentiality • Adept at implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring regulatory compliance • Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, HR reporting, and process improvements • Proficiency in HR systems, data management, and HR operational reporting • Effective collaboration with business leaders and employees to support organizational objectives • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused approach .
