Job description

HR Responsibilities • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Ensure all induction training is completed before employees commence work. • Maintain employee leave and attendance records, including timecard verification and working hours calculations. • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interview schedules, preparing hiring documentation, arranging medical examinations, processing visas, and completing onboarding formalities. • Plan, coordinate, and organize employee engagement activities to promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive workplace culture. • Coordinate employee training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and communication with trainers and participants. • Perform other HR duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the organization. Administration Responsibilities • Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, KEZAD free zone gate passes, and transportation for employees and visitors. • Organize meeting rooms, conferences, business meetings, and other corporate events as required. • Provide administrative support by managing transportation, accommodation, security services, canteen operations, and other office facilities. • Ensure employee welfare by overseeing transportation, accommodation, and canteen services to maintain employee satisfaction and well-being. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office stationery, housekeeping supplies, canteen materials, and other administrative consumables. • Conduct Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) audits and support workplace health, safety, and environmental initiatives. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards by maintaining accurate documentation, records, and administrative procedures. • Coordinate with suppliers and the Finance Department for monthly invoice verification, purchase documentation, and payment processing. • Support vendor onboarding, registration, and documentation, while coordinating with third-party service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the organization. Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field. • Final-year undergraduate students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Basic knowledge of HR and Administrative processes is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
