HR Associate (Project-based)

We are looking for an HR Associate to join our team on a project\-based assignment until the end of January 2027\. This is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional or candidate looking to develop their career in Human Resources. Candidates with experience in recruitment and HR operations are preferred, but we are also open to candidates who are willing to learn and be trained. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews * Support onboarding and employee documentation * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases * Assist with day\-to\-day HR administrative and operational tasks * Coordinate with employees and internal teams regarding HR\-related matters **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field** * **Previous experience in recruitment or HR operations is preferred** * **Junior candidates with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply** * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * **Must be available to start immediately** * **Valid Qatar RP (preferably under family sponsorship or can provide a work permit)** Application Question(s): * This is an urgent role for us to fill.
