HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with daily HR operations and administrative activities * Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases * Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding * Prepare employment documents, contracts, and HR reports * Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel documentation * Assist with payroll\-related information and employee benefits administration * Coordinate employee onboarding, training sessions, and HR meetings * Respond to employee queries and provide HR support when required * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations * Support performance management and employee engagement activities **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a related administrative HR role, with knowledge of HR processes, employee records management, and day\-to\-day HR support activities * Good knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities * Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) Pay: From RO325\.000 per month Work Location: In person
