Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor oversees several project sites and their team of cleaners and cleaning tasks. He/She supervises cleaners to carry out their work. He/She inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners. He/She manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences. Duties and Responsibilities: * **Manage Staff:** Make daily work plans and cover for missing workers. * **Check Quality:** Inspect cleaned areas to meet high standards. * **Train Team:** Teach new cleaners safe and proper cleaning methods. * **Control Stock:** Track cleaning products and order more when low. * **Follow Safety:** Ensure team uses protective gear and follows health rules. Skills Needed * **Leadership:** Lead the team and keep workers motivated. * **Communication:** Talk clearly with workers and clients. * **Organization:** Plan shifts and track supplies well. * **Problem\-Solving:** Fix cleaning issues or staff conflicts fast. \[1] Requirements * **Experience:** Past work as a cleaner or janitor. * **Knowledge:** Good grasp of cleaning chemicals and machines. * **Physical Fitness:** Ability to walk, stand, and inspect sites all day.
