This includes: * A competitive salary and benefits package * High\-quality associate accommodation in prime locations in the heart of Lusail and the Pearl * A birthday day off (because your milestones matter!) * Personalized development plans and continuous learning opportunities to support your career journey These benefits reflect our commitment to creating an environment where you thrive \- professionally and personally \- while building a meaningful career with us. **Your Role:** Essential duties and responsibilities * Replenish guest room minibar items accurately according to established par levels, standards, and hotel policies * Check minibar consumption daily and record all charges correctly in the system * Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry dates * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of minibar pantries and storage areas * Report any discrepancies, damages, missing items, or technical issues to the manager promptly * Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Finance to ensure accurate posting and smooth operations * Monitor minibar inventory levels and assist in stock control and requisitions * Support the Housekeeping in overseeing daily minibar operations and ensuring operational efficiency * Deliver friendly, courteous, and customer\-oriented service while respecting guest privacy * Adhere to all Rosewood Doha standards, guidelines, safety, and hygiene policies Standard Responsibilities * Comply with all Rosewood Doha policies, procedures, and service standards * Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude * Deliver courteous, efficient, and customer\-oriented service to all guests * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of work areas * Protect guest privacy and handle all guest information confidentially * Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations * Use hotel equipment, systems, and supplies responsibly and report any defects or malfunctions * Communicate effectively with supervisors / managers and other departments to support smooth operations * Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance job knowledge and performance * Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with operational needs
