As a **Housekeeping Attendant**, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction. *Location : Makkah.* #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards. * Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and amenities. * Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room surfaces and furniture. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met. * Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, and stationery. * Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms or public areas. * Ensure corridors, elevators, and public areas are clean and presentable at all times. * Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely. * Handle guest requests politely and promptly when delivering items or services. * Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any malfunction or loss. * Follow hotel policies related to hygiene, safety, and security. * Assist in laundry operations when required. * Support room inspections to ensure quality standards are met. * Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints. * Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth room readiness. * Maintain privacy and security of guest belongings at all times. * Complete daily room assignment reports and update room status accurately. **Requirements:** * Open to all nationalities * Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or a related field within the hospitality industry * Basic knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and hygiene practices * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and cleanliness * Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties * Team player with a positive and professional attitude * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
