Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, following the guidance of Supervisors and adhering to hotel policies and procedures. **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Collect keys and daily assignments, preparing the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance and to prevent delays. * Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenishing room supplies according to the hotel's Standards of Performance. * Clean and replenish bathrooms, ensuring adherence to Standards of Performance and safety standards. * Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms. * Inform Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to ensure guest satisfaction. * Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas, maintaining a professional and organized appearance. * Report maintenance\-related issues to the Engineering Department for general upkeep and facility maintenance. * Consider guest needs and requirements when working in public areas and guest rooms, ensuring courtesy and guest satisfaction. * Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies. * Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
