• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. • Efficiently replenish guest room amenities, linens, and toiletries according to hotel standards, anticipating guest needs. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. • Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, including window washing, carpet shampooing, and furniture polishing. • Possess a secondary school education or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation for learning hotel procedures. • Have at least 1 year of proven experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality industry. • Hold a certificate in housekeeping operations or a related field, showcasing specialized knowledge. • Demonstrate proficiency in English, enabling clear communication with guests and colleagues.
