Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team i. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring that every guest experiences a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment. You will take pride in delivering exceptional housekeeping services while upholding our commitment to excellence and hospitality. Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests and team members Clean and maintain all assigned guestrooms and common areas, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and inside window cleaning Remove soiled linen from rooms and retrieve clean linen from designated storage areas Replenish rooms with supplies and amenities according to departmental standards Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper accountability for all equipment Update and accurately record all cleaned rooms in the designated system Identify, collect, and properly tag all lost and found articles by following lost and found policy. Report necessary maintenance items and safety concerns to the line Supervisor promptly Follow all departmental policies, procedures and organizational service standards Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and assist colleagues as needed Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment • Basic English communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules based on departmental needs • Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations • Team player mentality with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues • Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic • Solid time management and organizational skills • Knowledge of and commitment to health, safety, and sanitation best practices • Passion for the hospitality industry and genuine interest in delivering exceptional service • Ability to follow procedures and adapt to organizational standards and policies • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
