Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Staff is Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across residential buildings, apartments, common areas, and facilities. Minimum 1 years experience is required. Send CV to Key Responsibilities * Clean and maintain apartments, corridors, lobbies, staircases, elevators, parking areas, and other common facilities. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wash, and sanitize assigned areas. * Clean and maintain washrooms and other shared facilities. * Collect and dispose of waste properly. * Replenish cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor. * Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely. * Report maintenance issues, damages, leaks, or safety hazards immediately. * Maintain cleanliness around residential buildings and outdoor areas as assigned. * Respond promptly to cleaning requests from residents and management. * Follow company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures. * Ensure assigned areas are clean and presentable at all times.
