Job description

Plan and coordinate all domestic and international travel, including flights, private transport, luxury hotels, and changing itineraries; accompany the Family on business or leisure trips when required. Manage the Family's calendar, appointments, and personal scheduling; anticipate and resolve conflicts proactively. Handle personal shopping, purchases, and errands; manage budgets and expenses related to personal arrangements when required. Liaise with household staff and service providers; oversee day-to-day household affairs and ensure standards are maintained. Build and maintain a network within the luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, and premium retail sectors; negotiate and coordinate with service providers. Organize personal events, appointments, and occasions on behalf of the Family, managing all logistics end-to-end. Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the Family's personal affairs, schedule, and household matters at all times. Conduct research and comparative analysis on travel, venues, and services to provide well-informed recommendations to the Family. Daily coordination of schedule, travel, and personal requirements Coordination of household operations and standards Booking and managing luxury travel, personal shopping, and lifestyle services • Strong working knowledge of luxury travel planning, itinerary management, and personal/household administration; understanding of etiquette and protocol when engaging with high-net-worth circles. • Extensive experience in luxury travel planning and itinerary management • Strong calendar, scheduling, and appointment management skills • Excellent research and analytical abilities to compare options and make well-informed recommendations • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and calendar management • Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and personal purchases if required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Capability to coordinate and direct household staff and external vendors • Trustworthy and committed to complete confidentiality • At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager supporting senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or VIP clients. An established network within the luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, and premium retail sectors is highly desirable.
