Welcome the guests at the restaurant. Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences. Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant. 1-2 years experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role. Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality. Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses. Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others. Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages.
