Home Appliances Technician

• Log all service calls in the system and update progress as per the defined workflow. • Visit customers’ homes/sites with prior appointments to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. • In cases where spare parts are required, advise the customer on the estimated cost and obtain prior approval or advance payment before placing the request. • Carry essential replacement components necessary for appliance repairs and record their usage . • Ensure timely job closure within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). • Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure it is service-ready at all times. • Minimum 4 years of local experience within the home appliances industry . • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
