Hiring For Lab Engineer For Dubai Location

Key Responsibilities Production & Plant Operations • Independently manage the complete production plant for Glycol, Engine Coolant, and Brake Fluid manufacturing. • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. • Supervise blending, mixing, filling, packaging, and dispatch operations. • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality. • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities. • Optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Product Formulation • Prepare and validate formulations for: • Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) • Propylene Glycol (PG) • Engine Coolants • Radiator Coolants • DOT 3 Brake Fluid • DOT 4 Brake Fluid • Calculate batch quantities and prepare production batch sheets. • Handle and dose additives accurately according to approved formulations. • Maintain formulation confidentiality and consistency. Additive Management • Manage all additives used in coolant and brake fluid production. • Ensure proper storage, handling, inventory control, and usage. • Evaluate new additives and recommend improvements in product performance. • Coordinate with suppliers regarding technical specifications and quality. Quality Control & Laboratory • Perform all laboratory testing independently for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. • Ensure compliance with ASTM, SAE, ISO, and FMVSS standards. • Conduct tests including: • pH • Density/Specific Gravity • Viscosity • Refractive Index • Water Content • Reserve Alkalinity • Boiling Point • Wet Boiling Point • Corrosion Test • Flash Point (where applicable) • Appearance and Color • Foaming Test • Freeze Point Analytical Instruments • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments including: • Gas Chromatography (GC) • pH Meter • Density Meter • Viscometer • Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer • Refractometer • Boiling Point Apparatus • Interpret analytical data and troubleshoot product quality issues.
