Heavy Fleet Operations Manager

**Role Overview** Sureride Express Logistics is seeking a strategic and results\-driven Heavy Fleet Operations Manager to oversee our large\-scale transport operations, heavy freight vehicles, and commercial fleet assets. In this leadership role, you will direct fleet maintenance programs, optimize long\-haul logistics routes, manage driver personnel, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance to maximize fleet availability, fuel efficiency, and operational profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee full\-lifecycle operations of the heavy transport fleet, including trucks, trailers, and specialized freight vehicles. * Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules, repair strategies, and vehicle servicing workflows to minimize downtime and extend asset life. * Manage long\-haul routing, driver scheduling, and load dispatching using advanced telematics and Fleet Management Systems (FMS). * Enforce strict compliance with commercial road transport laws, weight regulations, driver hours\-of\-service (HOS) mandates, and safety standards. * Track and analyze key fleet performance metrics, including fuel efficiency, cost\-per\-mile, maintenance expenditures, and driver safety ratings. * Direct, mentor, and evaluate fleet supervisors, commercial drivers, mechanics, and dispatch support personnel. * Manage operational budgets, vendor contracts for fuel and maintenance, and capital expenditures for fleet expansion or replacements. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial fleet management, with at least 3 years managing heavy\-vehicle transport or large freight fleets. * Deep proficiency with telematics platforms, GPS fleet monitoring software, and enterprise Fleet Management Systems (FMS). * Strong understanding of heavy commercial vehicle mechanics, preventative maintenance standards, and transport safety legislation. * Exceptional leadership, financial acumen, contract negotiation, and operational decision\-making skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢١٬٤٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
