Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager with strong expertise in Cross-Country Pipeline Construction Projects . The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all HSE functions across project sites while ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local/international safety standards. The role requires a proactive leader capable of driving a strong safety culture while ensuring operational excellence. • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Science , or related field. • Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH and IOSH . • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 management systems. • Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage. • Minimum 12 13 years of HSE experience with significant exposure to cross-country pipeline construction projects . • Strong understanding of pipeline construction safety practices, hazard identification, and risk mitigation. • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to establish trust and maintain strong working relationships with management, supervisors, and workforce personnel.
